Brandon is responsible for both day-to-day and long-range operations. Leveraging a law degree and a practical approach to project management, Chris has assisted buyers and sellers in negotiating and delivering hundreds of information technology projects throughout North America.

He managed the IT contract risk management practices and authored a best practice contract for use by commercial clients for multi-million dollar ERP, CRM, and custom software projects.

In the late 90s, Chris developed and launched the eCommerce practice for Actium, a $100M technology systems integrator, tools provider, and training organization. Chris also launched the National Practice Group across 110 offices of Modis, a $2 billion IT consulting and outsourcing firm and parent company of Actium.

A decade earlier, Chris managed domestic/international licensing and franchising transactions, communications, and regulatory affairs for direct marketer Money Mailer, Inc., a direct marketing firm, its Internet affiliate, 40 regional offices and over 600 franchises in the U.S. and abroad. His experience in franchising is still leveraged in software and systems integration projects, since both industries are based on intellectual property, significant contract rights, and on-going royalty streams.
