Brandon is an innovative marketer whose entrepreneurial acumen is an invaluable asset to Edspire, Inc.

Brandon boasts in-depth experience in company management and new business development.  He is the founder/co-founder of several small start-up businesses including most recently a Pennsylvania based property management company. He is skilled in delivering effective business practices, operations and the follow though of nurturing projects as they grow from small to big.

Brandon is responsible for both day-to-day and long-range operations. He makes it possible for Joe Homan and the entire Edspire, Inc. team to do what needs to be done for the client and continued expansion of the company.  In addition to his role as Operations Manager/Chief of Staff, he heads up Edspire, Inc.’s online Digital Marketing initiative through Seminars, Webinars, and Online E-Learning.

CHUCK PAUL

Chuck is a management consultant with specializations in Human Performance Engineering and Behavior, Operations Management, and Leadership and Organizational Development.

As a consultant for Edspire, Inc., these specializations translate into a variety of projects touching upon instructional design, performance management systems, the development of performance tools and guides, manufacturing technology transfer, software system implementation strategies and tools, plant rationalizations and transfers, leadership and management development initiatives, risk and business continuity planning, regulatory compliance support, etc.

CHRIS PANARO

Chris has developed and implemented best practices in procurement, contracting and operational process methodologies for more than 25 years. Leveraging a law degree and a practical approach to project management, Chris has assisted buyers and sellers in negotiating and delivering hundreds of information technology projects throughout North America.

He managed the IT contract risk management practices and authored a best practice contract for use by commercial clients for multi-million dollar ERP, CRM, and custom software projects.

In the late 90s, Chris developed and launched the eCommerce practice for Actium, a $100M technology systems integrator, tools provider, and training organization. Chris also launched the National Practice Group across 110 offices of Modis, a $2 billion IT consulting and outsourcing firm and parent company of Actium.

A decade earlier, Chris managed domestic/international licensing and franchising transactions, communications, and regulatory affairs for direct marketer Money Mailer, Inc., a direct marketing firm, its Internet affiliate, 40 regional offices and over 600 franchises in the U.S. and abroad. His experience in franchising is still leveraged in software and systems integration projects, since both industries are based on intellectual property, significant contract rights, and on-going royalty streams.

More than 25 years pharmaceutical development and GMP laboratory/manufacturing experience.   Adept at performing compliance audits for supplier qualification, Inspection readiness (PAI), GMP manufacturing, and GMP laboratory systems.  Remediation lead for projects that include the improvement of validation/qualification items, investigation systems, training, and general GMP compliance.

Jenni is a proud mom of three, re-entering the business world after spending several years educating and investing into the lives of her children.

As an administrative assistant at Edspire, Inc., Jenni is responsible for completing administrative tasks, computer work, calendaring, clerical work, typing, filing, and other duties that help support the day-to day efforts of the Edspire, Inc. staff.
